With 10 years of experience in audiovisual production and pedagogy, Pamela has worked for various public and private organizations: audiovisual production companies, television channels, tourism companies, foundations and educational institutions.
On her path as an independent filmmaker, she discovered the associative world, where she currently works as a manager, valuing meaningful projects.

Estefania has experience valuing social projects through communication. She has worked for important organizations, such as UN Women, where she energized the communicative content of the project.
